It's been a while since I've been able to update...

We brought my Mom home from Rochester on Wednesday, thankfully beating the snow that was supposed to start that day. She did fairly well on the way home, and was glad to be surrounded by the comforts of home. So now she just has to take it easy for the next several weeks - I'm really praying that she does not receive many calls or inquiries from her supervisors and coworkers at work. She needs to focus on herself and recovery during this time, but they've made some comments that they may be contacting her. I think she'll probably be in enough of a position to let them know that she needs to not think about it, but hopefully they will understand (or just not call at all!).

The rest of the week for me was kind of crazy, trying to get caught up on everything from work while still trying to focus on my Mom and help as much as I can. In addition, Dena's vehicle is being repaired and wasn't ready for her to take back to Duluth when we came back from Rochester, so we let her take our Blazer on Monday. So Jamie and I have been getting by with one car, which is fine, but a bit of an inconvenience. Especially since I'm not a morning person, and it's basically meant that I have had to get up WAY earlier than normal to make the logistics of everything work. I'm trying to tell myself that it's just prepping me for when Little P gets here.

Speaking of Little P, things are going well. I'm starting to feel a little more tired again than I have been lately, and having some more aches and pains, but generally still doing really well. Little P is definitely a very active baby! I really enjoyed Dena's reaction to seeing and feeling the baby move. We are going today to order the rocker/recliner for the nursery, and then I think most of the "big" stuff will be taken care of - for the room, anyway. I just can't believe it's March already! The time is completely flying by...May will be here before I know it!
